For U.K. customers monthly payment is preferred by standing order, or credit card
(Visa/Mastercard) as it is important to maintain a regular payment pattern if kits are to be despatched on time. You may elect for monthly payment by standing order, or credit card, when we acknowledge receipt of your order reservation and deposit.
If you prefer you may, of course, pay by cheque, or Postal Order each month.
For overseas customers, credit card payment is preferred.
We are happy to accept Order Reservations by telephone for payment by credit card. Cheques and Postal Orders should be crossed and made payable to “Winson Model Technology Ltd.”.

GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES
Winson Model Technology Limited undertakes that:
1) All materials supplied will be fit for purpose.
2) All parts are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of Kit 1 delivery. Any defective parts will be replaced free-of-charge within this time period.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Whilst every effort has been made to describe and illustrate the 14xx accurately in this brochure we reserve the right, in pursuit of continual product improvement, to alter or modify designs or the composition of specific kits. The right to refuse an order reservation, for whatever reason, is reserved. Unless by prior agreement with the company where a customer's payment is more than 28 days overdue for any single instalment, or more than 14 days for each of three or more instalments the company may, at its discretion, cancel deliveries of any remaining kits to the defaulting customer without refund of any monies paid. Whilst Winson Model Technology Ltd will make all efforts to maintain the production and despatch of kits monthly, it cannot guarantee this unreservedly. If any kit should be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances the company will do its best to ensure all kit deliveries are still completed within the original delivery timeframe. Deposits are returnable at the company's discretion up to the despatch of kit 1. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Many of our customers welcome the idea of belonging to an association to promote the building, and sheer pleasure of running their steam models.
Some of you may already be members of local Model Engineering Societies and others may be fortunate enough to have their own garden railway or suitable running facilities.
Our customer membership is already large enough to justify the production of a bi-monthly newsletter - ‘Fastrack’. This is a forum for exchanging hints and tips on construction, painting and other topics of interest.
In the future we expect to arrange get-togethers to run models - perhaps on a local and international basis!
