Roger West's Spit!

Roger West wrote to me to explain that the pictures below show some shots of his 9F on a turnover - what he calls a spit!  He thought that this might be interesting for those wishing to avoid hernias during the construction process.  The 'turnover' gives maximum access and it is really neat and completely adjustable.  He says that it can even sit on its own rather than on a table as his is shown.  The centre line for rotation can also be raised to cope with larger engines.  The design and construction was by James Holden at Steam Mania.
